1. Booking & Payment A deposit of 30% is due upon reservation (non-refundable).

6. Damages Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.

7. Disclaimer All facilities are used at the guest's own risk.

HOUSE RULES

Arrival From 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
(Please inform the property in advance about your estimated arrival time.)

Departure By 11:00 AM

We kindly ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damage may result in a charge after departure.

Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed at Villa Valparaiso. Children aged 3 and older are counted as adults. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

Self check-in available upon request. Please contact us prior to your arrival.

Smoking Smoking is not allowed.

Parties Parties/events are not allowed.

Pets are welcome at Villa Valparaíso. A fee of €15 per day applies.

Please return the keys.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
